Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags and inserts to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
